Kaptechs Kaptechs gives me great technical assistance over the phone when I have a support request. One time, my computer did not work at all, it was a Saturday morning and the real problem was that my computer acts as the fax server and the main email account for our company. I called Kaptechs and they spent time over the phone giving me some instructions on this Saturday afternoon, unfortunately it did not work so Kaptechs came in to my office on Sunday morning so that we would be back up and running for the Monday morning rush.

Kaptechs knew that if the issue was not resolved by Monday, the company could not operate at all, AMM will be unable to get new patients, schedule appointment, give balances to our attorneys, get information for the cases, posted payments, management cases. The level of service was extremely high. Kaptechs showed on time on Sunday to resolve my issue and put the business back in just a couple minutes and also made sure i did not let me lose valuable information.

When I have an issues or just a general question about our software or hardware, Kaptechs responds faster to my emails or phone calls than any other vendor we have ever used. If we require some one to be onsite they show up on time during the week or weekend if needed. I had a great experience with their services and technical support.
